Hosting & Email


Our pricing includes complete Web hosting of your site, up to 100 email accounts and Site Editor for making changes to your site plus Google News Letter for communicating easily with your clients. You also get a full and detailed statistics reporting package to monitor traffic.
We only host sites for our clients not for the general public, and as we are in the business of ecommerce we ensure that the hosting is as reliable as it can possibly be.

Q. How do I manage my email accounts?
A. To manage all the email accounts for your site, you go for example to www.yoursite.com.au/siteadmin instead of  'www.yoursite.com.au'
You will need to enter your username and password.

Inside the Management Interface you will see one or more accounts that have already been setup. Click on the blue envelope button next to an account to add/remove email aliases for that account. An alias is what goes at the front of the @ in an email address, ie alias@yoursite.com.au. For example, John Smith may have email aliases such as john, admin, sales and info. Emails addressed to these aliases will be delivered to his mailbox.

To add a new account and mailbox for a new person click on the 'Add User' button. You will need to enter the Full Name of the person who will be accessing this mail box, username, password and email aliases.

Q. How do I setup my email in MS Outlook?
A. Once you have set up the accounts/mailboxes as per the FAQ above, you will need to set up the corresponding accounts in your email program such as Outlook to retrieve the emails.

  • In MS Outlook select the 'Tools' menu and then 'E-mail Accounts...';
  • Select 'Add a new e-mail account' and click 'Next';
  • Select 'POP3' and click 'Next';
  • Enter Your Name (eg John Smith)
    Enter Your E-mail Address (eg john@yoursite.com.au)
    Enter Incoming mail server (POP3) as: yoursite.com.au (this is just the URL of your site without the www)
    Enter Outgoing mail server (SMTP) as: mail.yourISP.com.au (this will be provided by your ISP)
    Enter the User Name and Password - these are as per FAQ above; and
  • Click 'Next'.

Once your account has been setup, you can test it by sending yourself a test email.
